Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with potential job seekers through online platforms, referrals, networking channels, and social communities

• Build and maintain relationships with candidates and business contacts

• Introduce suitable manpower solutions and hiring support to potential clients

• Support talent sourcing and market outreach activities

• Coordinate candidate referrals and follow-up communications

• Expand business and candidate networks through proactive engagement

• Share hiring opportunities within relevant communities and platforms

• Work closely with the internal recruitment team to support successful hiring outcomes

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
