Senior Warehouse Specialist (SAP S/4HANA & Operations)

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

• Manage daily Receiving, Storage, and Material Issuance activities.
• Ensure accurate inventory control and achieve cycle count accuracy KPI.
• Monitor warehouse compliance including FEFO, safety standards, and cold storage requirements.
• Resolve operational issues such as discrepancies, damages, and shortages with stakeholders.
• Support process improvement and standardization initiatives to improve efficiency.

SAP S/4HANA UAT & Migration Support

• Support SAP S/4HANA UAT for end-to-end warehouse and inventory processes (receiving, issuance, returns, cycle count, etc.).
• Validate system transactions and Fiori processes against existing business operations.
• Document UAT results, defects, and process gaps for system correction.
• Perform re-testing and support regression testing after system fixes.
• Support process mapping and identify gaps between ECC and S/4HANA.
• Work closely with IT, Business Analysts, and system integrators during testing and migration phases.
• Support cutover readiness and go-live preparation activities.

Continuous Improvement & Support

• Drive operational improvements using digital tools, automation, and AI insights.
• Support inventory optimization to avoid overstock or shortages.
• Ensure SOP compliance and support updates where process changes occur.
• Identify opportunities for cost, time, and process efficiency improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or material management operations.
• SAP experience (ECC or S/4HANA) is strongly preferred.
• Experience in UAT, ERP testing, or system migration support is a strong advantage.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with warehouse compliance, FEFO, and inventory accuracy practices.
• Strong coordination skills with ability to work across IT, Operations, and Engineering teams.
• Experience in semiconductor or manufacturing environment is an advantage.
