BIM Coordinator (Architecture/ Revit)

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with architects and project teams in the development and implementation of BIM Execution Plans (BEP).

• Ensure all projects are delivered in compliance with BIM standards, guidelines, and relevant government regulatory requirements.

• Manage BIM processes, implementation strategies, best practices, and related digital tools to support project delivery.

• Develop and maintain BIM design models and project documentation using Revit and other BIM software.

• Coordinate and communicate effectively with contractors and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution and model integration.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Architecture with a minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience.

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in BIM (Revit) project implementation.

• Successfully completed Revit-based projects.

• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Building Design Suite software, particularly Revit Architecture.

• Autodesk Revit Certified Professional certification is required.
