Payroll Implementation Lead (Banking)

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage regional payroll implementation and transformation projects across multiple countries
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource coordination for payroll initiatives
• Gather and analyse business requirements to support payroll system enhancements and implementations
• Oversee payroll system configuration, testing, data migration, and validation activities
• Support integration of payroll systems with HR, finance, and related platforms
• Ensure payroll processes comply with regional regulations and internal policies
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational efficiency
• Serve as the subject matter expert for payroll systems and operations
• Manage and support system interfaces and integrations between enterprise platforms
• Troubleshoot integration and payroll system issues to ensure smooth business operations
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to payroll processes and implementations
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or related field
• Strong experience managing regional or multi-country payroll operations and implementations
• Hands-on experience with Workday integrations and payroll systems
• Good understanding of payroll regulations and compliance requirements across multiple regions
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
• Able to manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment
