Job Summary
Lead metal and roofing projects from initiation to completion while coordinating with stakeholders to ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery. Manage multiple projects, prepare quotations, and supervise site teams to drive successful outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage metal and roofing work projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and quality delivery
- Coordinate effectively with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers to maintain smooth project operations
- Plan and monitor project schedules, manpower allocation, and material usage to optimize resources
- Conduct site inspections to verify work quality and resolve on-site issues promptly
- Track project progress and provide detailed weekly reports to management for informed decision-making
- Ensure all projects comply with safety, regulatory, and quality standards to maintain workplace safety and legal adherence
- Assist in preparing accurate quotations, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and project documentation as required
- Provide leadership and supervision to site teams, managing multiple projects simultaneously when necessary
Required competencies and certifications
- Strong knowledge of roofing, structural steel, or renovation works relevant to project management
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and perform site measurements accurately
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and WhatsApp for work coordination and basic reporting
- Demonstrated leadership skills to guide teams and solve problems effectively
- Capability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines under pressure
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in residential Addition & Alteration (A&A) projects or interior fit-outs
- Understanding of Singapore building codes and safety practices to enhance compliance and project quality

- Location: Singapore
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Salary Range: SGD $1,800 – $2,200 (based on experience)
