Location: Upper Thomson / Bright Hill MRT

Salary: $2,200 – $3,000/month (commensurate with relevant experience and qualifications)

Working Hours: 12-hour rotating shifts

Day: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Night: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

4-day work week / average 44 hours per week

What You'll Be Doing

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, toileting and continence care

• Provide basic nursing and personal care under the guidance of trained nurses

• Assist with basic physiological monitoring and planned nursing interventions

• Support nurses during medical emergencies and other resident-care situations

• Maintain residents' comfort, safety, privacy and dignity at all times

• Assist healthcare professionals during clinical consultations

• Accompany and transfer residents for medical appointments, hospital visits and other required movements

• Support life-enrichment and resident engagement activities

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and audits

• Attend relevant healthcare and nursing-support training

What We're Looking For

• Candidates with a nursing, healthcare or relevant care-support background are welcome to apply

• Comfortable providing hands-on personal care and assisting residents with their daily needs

• Able to work 12-hour rotating day/night shifts

• Caring, patient and attentive when supporting residents

• Able to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team

• Relevant healthcare experience or training will be an advantage
