Centre Manager / Programme Manager - Social Service / AAC

Develop new products, processes, standards, or operational plans in support of the organisation’s overall strategies
Review, update and improve work processes of programmes and services
Implement staff induction programme, training and development framework
Oversee service delivery of the programmes and services in line with the centre’s objectives
Co-develop service strategies and policies for community-based services with Senior Manager
Engage internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of services
Provide overall operational leadership and supervision for staff in centre
Monitor programmes and services expenses to ensure operations are within allocated budgets
Review programmes to ensure relevance and effectiveness in meeting future needs of clients

Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Social Services or related fields
Relevant experience in working with elderly clients in community, healthcare, or social service settings
At least 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in programme planning, community engagement, or eldercare services
Prior supervisory experience will be an advantage
