Order Fulfillment Executive (1 year/MEDICAL DEVICE MNC) - East/up to $4k #HAO

Working Days & Hours: Mon-Fri Office Hours, Sat half day

1. Order Processing (Primary Function)

• Prepare and prioritize customer orders to ensure a continuous and balancedworkflow for the Order Processing team.

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently in accordance withestablished procedures and service level agreements (SLAs).

• Verify order information including product availability, pricing, customerdetails and shipping requirements prior to processing.

• Monitor order queues and coordinate with Logistics to maintain smooth orderflow throughout the day.

• Update order status accurately within the Order Management System.

• Identify and resolve routine order discrepancies, escalating complex issueswhere necessary.

• Coordinate closely with Customer Service, Warehouse and Logistics to ensuretimely order fulfilment.

• Support inventory reconciliation and order verification activities whererequired.

• Identify workflow bottlenecks and recommend process improvements to enhanceoperational efficiency.

2. Logistics & Warehouse Support (Secondary Function)

• Prepare, pack and organise completed orders for dispatch.

• Coordinate with external delivery providers and act as the point of contact fordelivery-related matters.

• Ensure special delivery requests and urgent deliveries are fulfilledaccordingly.

• Handle ad-hoc collection and delivery requests, including internal documentruns and banking activities where required.

GeneralResponsibilities

• Work collaboratively with Order Processing, Customer Service, Logistics,Warehouse, Sales and Finance teams.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards and operationalprocedures.

• Maintain accurate operational records and documentation.

• Support business continuity by providing operational assistance during peakperiods or manpower shortages.

• Participate in cross-training initiatives to broaden operational capabilities.

• Undertake any other duties assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirements: Min Diploma/Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain/Business or similar w min 3 yrs of relevant order processing experience
