Job Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and personalised shopping experiences
• Assist customers with luxury bag recommendations based on their preferences and lifestyle needs
• Build strong relationships with customers and maintain high service standards
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling
• Handle cashiering duties and process transactions accurately
• Support stock replenishment, merchandising, and boutique presentation standards
• Stay updated on product knowledge, new collections, and promotions

Requirements

• Prior retail or customer service experience preferred
• Experience in luxury retail or fashion industry will be advantageous
• Passion for luxury fashion, bags, and customer engagement
• Well-groomed with strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-driven, confident, and service-oriented personality
• Comfortable working retail hours and weekends
