Customer Support Specialist (Contract)

We are seeking a Customer Experience Specialist to provide exceptional support to customers through voice, chat, and email channels. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience while resolving issues efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, chat, and email channels.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience while adhering to service level targets.
• Accurately document customer interactions and follow established processes.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when required.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and support procedures.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in any field
• Around 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service, contact center, customer support, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using multiple systems and communication tools simultaneously.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Prior experience in voice support, chat support, or email support
