Salary: $3,800–$4,500/month

Contract Duration: 1 year

Contract Period: January 2027 – December 2027

Working Hours: 42 hours per week

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Job Requirements

• Diploma in ICT or a related qualification.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant ICT experience.

• Experience in MOE schools is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of end-user devices, networks, servers, audio-visual systems and telecommunications.

• Experience in ICT procurement, vendor management or project management is an advantage.

• Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day ICT technical support to staff and users.

• Manage user accounts, Active Directory, devices, printers, Wi-Fi, VPN, mobile devices and other IT systems.

• Install, configure, troubleshoot and maintain IT hardware and software.

• Manage ICT assets, inventory, licences and equipment loan records.

• Support video conferencing, webinars, school events and audio-visual requirements.

• Assist with ICT procurement, quotations, tenders, vendor coordination and project activities.

• Maintain and update the website and support basic multimedia and video production and editing.

• Provide user training, technical guidance and timely resolution of ICT issues.

• Maintain accurate records of support requests and technical incidents.
