Senior Staff Nurse (AN)

Assess patients’ nursing care needs and provide appropriate care in accordance with medical orders and hospital procedures.

Ensure compliance with nursing standards relating to clinical documentation, treatment, patient monitoring and infection control.

Provide timely updates to the Senior Nurse Manager, Nurse Manager and doctor regarding patients’ conditions, treatments, interventions and care outcomes.

Promote patient safety by identifying and addressing potential risks and reporting incidents promptly through the appropriate channels.

Work closely with other hospital departments and healthcare professionals to provide coordinated and comprehensive patient care.

Complete patient billing processes accurately and ensure relevant billing documentation is properly maintained.
