Indirect Procurement Specialist | Up to $6,000 | East

Industry: Manufacturing | Aerospace

• Salary: Up to SGD 6,000 per month, depending on experience.

• Working hours: Monday–Friday, office hour

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement for indirect spend categories, covering sourcing, negotiation, purchase orders, delivery and supplier performance.

• Identify and qualify suppliers, develop competitive supplier pools and conduct price benchmarking.

• Manage RFQs, evaluate quotations, compare bids and recommend suitable suppliers.

• Work with internal stakeholders to define procurement requirements and deliver sourcing activities within agreed timelines.

• Manage purchase-to-pay processes, ensuring accurate and timely requisitions, approvals, purchase orders and deliveries.

• Handle supplier onboarding, performance reviews and supplier base consolidation where appropriate.

• Maintain accurate procurement records, sourcing documents, supplier information and reports.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance or a related discipline.

• 3–6 years of hands-on procurement and sourcing experience, preferably in indirect procurement.

• Experience in RFQ management, supplier evaluation and commercial negotiations.

• Good understanding of procurement processes and sourcing methodologies.

• Strong analytical, negotiation, supplier management and stakeholder coordination skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAP R3.

• Able to work independently and manage multiple sourcing projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Hands-on, detail-oriented and able to take ownership of assigned spend categories.
