Finance Officer (Accounts Receivable)

Location: Paya Lebar

Salary: $2,500 – $2,800

Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 8.30am – 5.30pm

Job Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Receivable and daily finance operations
• Handle invoicing for local projects, export sales, service and maintenance
• Update and reconcile payments and outstanding receivables
• Prepare monthly reconciliations and financial reports
• Support regulatory reporting and other finance schedules
• Assist the finance team during periods of absence
• Handle other administrative and ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum ITE/Diploma in Accountancy, Finance, Business or related field
• Training provided
• Relevant Accounts Receivable experience
• Construction industry experience is advantageous
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
• Experience with Sage 300 is preferred
• Detail-oriented, analytical and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
